According to the company’s President, Noel Kimmel, this approval is an important step in building their platform and enables them to work with a wider range of customers than before.

Cabranes granted a joint motion filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Ripple, putting the appeal on hold until further notice. The court will not continue with any rulings or arguments until the pause is lifted, with the SEC having two months to file a status report updating the court.
